Welcome! WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! Below you will find simple step-by-step instructions for registering a new account in the secure client portal for eTalkTherapy. Schedule a confidential counseling session at your convenience!

Click here for the SECURE CLIENT AREA or blue SCHEDULE A SESSION button (This will take you to our secure client portal)
New clients must REGISTER here while existing clients may continue to LOG IN
ALL NEW CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: Click on the REGISTER link and fill out the form (terms and conditions)
When completed click CONTINUE
Once your registration information is complete check your email for your TEMPORARY PASSWORD
Now from the secure client portal click LOGIN and type in your username and temporary password from the email message you received. You will also be asked to create/change your password at this time
Once that step is completed you will be asked to fill out the BIOGRAPHICAL INFO/INTAKE FORM
You have the option to either FINISH AND SAVE or SAVE FOR LATER
Next you will be able to click on SCHEDULE SESSION for the therapist you selected during registration
A calendar with available dates and times will appear. Select the day and time that works best for you
Before your appointment is confirmed you will need to enter your payment information. Click ADD CARD to continue
After your payment information is entered you can MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Finally you will see the SESSION DETAILS page with the confirmed date and time of your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation of your new appointment. (Email messages will be sent to you 48-hours before your next appointment)
