Mandi is a therapist with over 5 years experience working with a variety of populations including adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations with an array mental health, behavioral health, autoimmune, and medical issues. She is passionate about helping others and feels strongly that human-beings benefit from the experiences of learning, growing, and developing throughout each stage of life.
As an adjunct professor, Mandi teaches courses focusing on organizational psychology, research methods, human development, leadership, motivation, genetics, and stress. She volunteers for a Stress Management Team that assists public safety personnel after the experience of a critical incident. Among her latest projects, Mandi focuses on research related to clinical levels of stress, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue. Mandi also creates the curriculum for seminars, workshops, and continuing education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology summa cum laude and Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University.
