Combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she adeptly tailors her interventions to suit each client’s unique requirements. Jennifer earned her Psychology degree from Penn State before swiftly gaining admission to Duquesne University for her Master’s in Counseling.

Beyond her expertise in anxiety, Jennifer also focuses on career development, depression, peer relations, and navigating life transitions. She dedicates her professional time as a high school counselor and as a private practitioner.
